You will work directly with multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and seamless project execution. This internship offers the opportunity to understand how a fast-growing SaaS collective functions behind the scenes — from strategy to delivery.
TezBytes is a next-generation SaaS collective building intelligent, scalable, and reliable digital solutions. We operate remotely, emphasizing accountability, transparency, and measurable impact over hierarchy.
This position is both analytical and operational — you’ll need a structured mindset, curiosity to learn, and a “get it done” attitude. It’s a chance to gain first-hand exposure to startup operations, client coordination, and internal process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track day-to-day operational tasks across teams.
- Maintain project dashboards, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and sprint tracking.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
- Facilitate communication between departments and leadership.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational summaries.
- Support onboarding of new tools and process automations.
Must Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Eagerness to learn and improve operational workflows.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Odoo, Notion, Asana, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of SaaS or startup operations.
- Interest in process automation or workflow design.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities smoothly.
