Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and training processes.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Track feedback, issues, and satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams for quick resolutions.
- Assist in building customer knowledge resources.
- Monitor renewals and support retention strategies.
- Prepare client success reports and updates.
Must Have
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients remotely.
- Valid work permit for Belgium
- Eagerness to learn SaaS client workflows.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo)
- Prior experience in client servicing or account management.
- Interest in customer experience or retention strategies.
- Basic analytical or reporting skills.
