You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, satisfaction, and retention. This internship offers hands-on exposure to client relationship management in a fast-paced SaaS environment — where your efforts directly impact user experience and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Support client onboarding and training processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers.
  • Track feedback, issues, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for quick resolutions.
  • Assist in building customer knowledge resources.
  • Monitor renewals and support retention strategies.
  • Prepare client success reports and updates.

Must Have

  • Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients remotely.
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
  • Eagerness to learn SaaS client workflows.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo)
  • Prior experience in client servicing or account management.
  • Interest in customer experience or retention strategies.
  • Basic analytical or reporting skills.
