HR Operations Intern

We’re looking for a Human Resources Operations Intern to join our HR team at TezBytes.
This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the core mechanics of people operations inside a fast-growing SaaS environment.
You’ll get hands-on experience across all major HR functions — from onboarding and compliance to payroll coordination, employee engagement, and learning support — while using Odoo HR as your central tool for HR automation and process management.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Handle recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain payroll and compliance
- Drive engagement and performance
- Support training and development
Must Have
- Degree in HR or related
- Strong organization and multitasking
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven and remote-ready
- Eager to learn Odoo HR
Nice to have
- Familiar with Odoo modules
- Prior HR or operations experience
- Basic knowledge of compliance
- Interest in startups and analytics
