STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Applicability
    The Client explicitly waives the application of its own standard terms and conditions, even if provided after these Terms. Any deviation or amendment shall be valid only if expressly agreed upon in writing by TezBytes.
  2. Payment Terms
    Invoices are payable within 21 working days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in writing.
    In case of delayed payment, TezBytes reserves the right to charge a fixed late fee of 10% of the outstanding amount and/or suspend ongoing services without prior notice.
  3. Non-Payment and Recovery
    If any payment remains unpaid beyond sixty (60) days from the due date, TezBytes may engage a third-party recovery service or take legal action. All related expenses shall be borne by the Client.
  4. Withholding Taxes and Deductions
    If any local laws require withholding or deduction of tax at source, such amounts shall be paid and deposited by the Client directly with the relevant authority. TezBytes shall receive the full invoiced amount without deductions.
  5. Scope of Obligation
    TezBytes undertakes to provide professional, efficient, and timely services in accordance with agreed deliverables. However, no obligation shall be interpreted as a guarantee of specific results or outcomes.
  6. Liability and Indemnity
    TezBytes shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party damages resulting from the Client’s use of the services. The Client agrees not to involve TezBytes as a third party in any end-user or consumer claim.
  7. Claims and Disputes
    Any claim regarding delivered services must be submitted in writing by registered post or email with acknowledgment to TezBytes within 8 (eight) days of delivery. Claims received after this period will not be considered.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    All contractual relations between TezBytes and the Client shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
