ThinkAI Systems operates as a SaaS and platform-led organization. Our core offerings are software platforms, managed digital systems, and proprietary technology products delivered through our operating brands, including TezBytes.

Pricing is structured around platform access, usage characteristics, deployment scope, and the level of enablement required to operationalize the platform effectively within a client’s environment. Any associated services—such as configuration, integration, onboarding, or optimization—are provided solely to support successful platform adoption and usage.

All commercial terms applicable to a client engagement are documented in the proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) or equivalent agreement.

Depending on the nature of the platform offering and the required delivery scope, one or more of the following pricing and delivery models may apply:

• Fixed Scope Deployment: Applied where platform implementation, migration, or feature rollout is clearly defined upfront. A fixed commercial value is agreed for the defined scope. Any material change to scope, assumptions, or requirements requires a formal change order with revised pricing.
• Usage-Based or Variable Scope Delivery: Used where platform configuration, integrations, or feature expansion evolve over time. Billing reflects actual consumption of platform resources and delivery effort as defined in the agreement, allowing flexibility without renegotiating core commercial terms.
• Platform Support & Continuity Plan: A recurring commercial arrangement covering ongoing platform support, monitoring, optimization, and minor enhancements. This model ensures predictable availability and continuity of platform operations over time.
• Extended Platform Team: A dedicated delivery unit allocated to accelerate platform adoption, customization, and scale for the client. While delivery capacity is dedicated, ownership of the underlying platform, intellectual property, and core systems remains with ThinkAI Systems unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing discussions may occur at different levels of detail during the sales and onboarding process:

• Indicative Estimates: Preliminary figures shared during early discussions are non-binding and intended solely for internal planning purposes. Such estimates are based on limited information and may change following onboarding, technical assessment, or platform configuration definition.
• Binding Commercials: Final and binding pricing is issued only after sufficient definition of platform scope, deployment requirements, and delivery assumptions. Binding commercials are documented in the applicable agreement and apply strictly to the defined scope.

Unless expressly included in writing, pricing does not cover the following categories, which remain the responsibility of the client:

• Infrastructure and Environment Costs: Ongoing costs associated with infrastructure, hosting environments, networking, or operational resources used to run the platform.
• Third-Party Services and Licenses: Fees related to external software, licensed tools, APIs, or subscription services required for integrations or extended functionality.
• Content and Media Assets: Procurement or creation of content, licensed media, or creative assets unless explicitly included.
• Travel and On-Site Expenses: Any travel or on-site presence requested by the client, billed separately at actual cost with prior approval.

Billing and payment terms are defined to ensure predictability and operational clarity and are specified in the applicable agreement or invoice.

• Advance or Initial Payments: Certain offerings may require an advance payment or onboarding fee to activate platform access or reserve delivery capacity. Such payments are applied in accordance with the agreed billing structure.
• Payment Timelines: Invoices are payable within the period stated therein. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in restricted access, suspension of services, or revised delivery schedules until accounts are regularized.
• Currency and Payment Methods: Payments are accepted in the agreed billing currency through approved electronic or banking channels.
• Taxes and Statutory Charges: Pricing is subject to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements at the time of billing. Any legally applicable taxes, duties, or levies may be charged in addition to base fees and will be reflected in the invoice. Tax treatment may vary based on jurisdiction, service classification, and engagement structure and will be clarified in the relevant documentation.
