This Service Delivery Policy applies specifically to digital, software, and consulting engagements where deliverables are intangible in nature and transmitted or enabled electronically. Such deliverables may include software systems, cloud-based architectures, data platforms, automation workflows, analytical reports, and advisory outputs.
Certain offerings delivered under other internal brands, divisions, or future verticals of ThinkAI Systems—such as hardware-enabled solutions, IoT deployments, or physical products—may be governed by separate delivery, logistics, or fulfillment terms. Any such terms will be disclosed at the time of engagement and shall not imply the creation of a separate legal entity unless expressly established.

Deliverables are considered delivered when we issue a formal notice of completion or equivalent confirmation as defined in the applicable agreement.
